Raw Vegan Banana Pudding image

I had been wanting to make a raw treat for my sister, so we decided to make banana pudding yesterday. We just topped ours with leftover raw graham cracker crust crumbs but now that I think about it, it would probably be great with raw chocolate ganache, nibs, berries, or even more sliced bananas! :) For more recipes like this, including raw vegan graham cracker crust, visit www.bellaraw.blogspot.com.

I would give this recipe 5 stars, but I found the crust to be a bit too crumbly. Next time, I'll try using a different type of cracker.

I used frozen bananas to make this pudding, and it turned out just as good as when I used fresh bananas.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I made the crust with graham crackers instead of walnuts. It turned out great!

I love that this recipe is so versatile. You can add different fruits or nuts to the pudding, or you can make the crust with different types of crackers or cookies.

I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The pudding is rich and decadent, but it's also surprisingly light and refreshing. I love serving it with fresh berries or a dollop of coconut whipped cream.
