Time 10m

Number Of Ingredients 5

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c butter, softened
2 1/2 to 3 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pt raspberries

Steps:

  • 1. Cream the butter and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy (just like creaming butter and sugar for any other batter).
  • 2. Stir in vanilla. Start adding in sugar at least 2 cups and more depending on the thickness and sweetness desired.
  • 3. Then comes the fun part add in the raspberries and turn on the mixer. The beater will macerate the berries, turning the frosting a lovely pink and adding the sweet flavor throughout. So yummy.
  • 4. Perfect with chocolate or straight out of the bowl.

This is the worst frosting I've ever tasted. It's too sweet, too runny, and has a weird aftertaste.

This frosting is a waste of time and ingredients. It's not worth the effort.

I wouldn't make this frosting again. It was too much work and the flavor was just average.

This frosting is okay, but nothing special. I've had better cream cheese frostings.

I was disappointed with this frosting. It was too runny and didn't hold its shape well. I had to add more powdered sugar to get it to the right consistency.

This frosting is a bit too dense for my taste. I prefer a lighter and fluffier frosting.

I had some trouble getting the frosting to the right consistency. It was too runny at first, but then I added more powdered sugar and it became too thick. I finally got it right after a few tries.

This frosting is a little too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar or adding some lemon juice to balance out the sweetness.

I'm not a big fan of raspberry, but I loved this frosting. The flavor is subtle and not overpowering. It's the perfect frosting for a delicate cake or cupcake.

This frosting is a bit more time-consuming to make than some other frostings, but it's worth the extra effort. It's so delicious and it really makes your baked goods look special.

I love that this frosting is made with fresh raspberries. It gives it such a vibrant flavor. I've also tried it with frozen raspberries, and it works just as well.

This frosting is perfect for summer parties. It's light and refreshing, and the raspberry flavor is so festive. I've also used it to make raspberry cream cheese bars, which are always a hit.

I'm a big fan of cream cheese frosting, but this raspberry version is next level. The tartness of the raspberries really brightens up the frosting and makes it extra special.

This frosting is a game changer! It's so easy to make and it tastes like it came from a professional bakery. I've used it on cakes, cupcakes, and even cookies. It's always a hit.

I was skeptical at first, but this frosting is so good! It's the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I used it on a chocolate cake and it was a hit.

I'm not a big frosting person, but this one is an exception. It's light and fluffy, and the raspberry flavor is perfect. I could eat it by the spoonful!
