Ranch Potatoes image

This is so simple yet sooo good. My friends can't believe how easy it is to make.

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 1/2 lb red potatoes
1/4 c vegetable oil
1-2 pkg hidden valley powder ranch

Steps:

  • 1. wash and cut up potatoes into chunks
  • 2. put the cut up potatoes into a gallon ziplock bag. Pour the Veggie oil over the potatoes and shake well.
  • 3. Next pour the ranch packets over the potatoes and shake well in the bag.
  • 4. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish and pour the potatoes into the dish and spread it out
  • 5. Cook uncovered at 450 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
