Pumpkin Farmer's Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup butter , melted
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. From "Country Quick & Easy."
