I'm not a big fan of pumpkin, but I really enjoyed this gratin. The pecorino cheese and nutmeg really helped to balance out the sweetness of the pumpkin.

The combination of pumpkin and pecorino cheese is amazing. The sweetness of the pumpkin pairs perfectly with the saltiness of the cheese. I also love the addition of nutmeg and thyme. They really add a lot of flavor to the dish.

This gratin is a great way to use up leftover pumpkin puree. I had some leftover from making pumpkin pie and this was the perfect way to use it up. It's also a really easy dish to make. I just threw everything in a baking dish and baked it.
