Steps:
- 1. In a wide-mouth jar, layer the barley, peas, rice & lentils. Then layer around the edges the onion, parsley, salt, lemon pepper, bouillon, and the alphabet pasta. Fill the rest of the jar with the twist macaroni. Seal the jar.
- 2. Cooking Directions: (To be included with the soup mix)
- 3. Country soup Add contents of the jar to 3 quarts of water. Add 2 stalks of chopped celery, 2 sliced carrots, 1 cup shreeded cabbage (optional), and 2 cups sun dried tomatoes or cut up regular ones. Heat over medium-low heat, cover & simmer for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender. Note can add leftover Chicken or beef if desired
