1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 lemons, juiced (about 1/2 cup)

Steps:

  • Stir sugar, salt and lemon together.
  • Add to prune and apricot mixture.
  • Let soak overnight, room temp.
  • Refrigerate.
