I made this recipe for a vegan friend, and she loved it! I used tofu instead of ground beef, and it was still very flavorful.

I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I made this recipe with zucchini instead. It was delicious!

This recipe is a great starting point, but I think it could be improved with a few tweaks. I would add more garlic and herbs, and I would also use a different type of cheese.

I'm going to try making this recipe again, but I'll make some changes. I think I'll use a different type of tomato, and I'll add more cheese.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

I had a hard time finding some of the ingredients for this recipe. I ended up substituting a few things, and the results weren't great.

These stuffed tomatoes were a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll try adding more herbs and spices next time.
