Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Put roaster mix in large roaster. Place chopped rosemary, crushed garlic and cayenne pepper in food processor. Chop. Add olive oil through tube to make a paste. Rub paste onto prime rib. Generously salt meat with kosher salt. Place roast on roasting rack and place in 450 degree oven. Roast for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and roast until meat is 120 degrees per meat thermometer (75 to 90 minutes). Remove roast and let sit 20 - 30 minutes before carving. Place roaster vegetables on serving plate and top with sliced prime rib.
