Quick and easy cookie using graham crackers as the base.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 300-degrees.
- 2. Separate each cracker into 4 sections. Arrange in a jellyroll pan with the sides touching.
- 3. Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in sugar and pecans. Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
- 4. Spread mixture over graham crackers and bake at 300-degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wax paper.
- 5. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
