Praline Cinnamon Tortilla Chips image

Chips made from flour tortillas which have been dipped in canola oil and then in a cinnamon-sugar mix and baked. They come out tasting like really crisp praline cinnamon chips.

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon chili powder
⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper, or more to taste

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. The chips were a bit bland and didn't have much flavor.

I had some trouble getting the chips to crisp up properly. I think I may have used too much oil.

The chips were a bit too sweet for my taste, but I still enjoyed them.
