This recipe was easy to follow and the results were delicious. The pork chops were moist and tender, and the pear salsa was a great way to add some sweetness and acidity to the dish.

The pork chops were a little dry, but the pear salsa was amazing. I would definitely make the salsa again, but I would try a different method for cooking the pork chops.
