This recipe is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I always have a few pieces of chicken left over after dinner, and this is a great way to use them up.

I'm not a big fan of beans, but I loved this soup! The beans were cooked perfectly, and they didn't have that mushy texture that I usually associate with beans.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made a few substitutions to this recipe. I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, and I added some chopped zucchini and mushrooms to the soup. It turned out great!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my pasta fagioli turned out a little bland. I think I might have used too much water. Next time, I'll use a little less and see if that makes a difference.

Not bad! I've made pasta fagioli before, but this recipe had a few unique ingredients that I hadn't used before. The addition of the pancetta and the red pepper flakes really gave the dish a nice depth of flavor.
