Steps:
- 1. pre-heat oven to *350. boil noodles according to package. drain and set aside.
- 2. mix all ingredients together in a large bowel, stir in cooked noodles. place in a 9x13 pan
- 3. Bake for 1 hour at *350 covered, with tinfoil.
