POMMES DE TERRE CROISILLON AU FOUR image

1 recipe (59 g) beurre mou
1 recipe (2 cuillères à soupe) d'huile d'olive
1 recipe (au goût) poivre
1 recipe (6) pommes de terre spéciales four
1 recipe (au goût) sel

Steps:

  • Préchauffer le four à 220°C (thermostat 7-8). Laver les pommes de terre sans les éplucher. Les essuyer.
  • Couper les pommes de terre en deux dans le sens de la longueur. A l'aide d'un couteau, faire des croisillons d'environ 1cm de profondeur.
  • Mettre un peu de beurre, une goutte d'huile, saler, poivrer chacune des pommes de terre. Les mettre sur une plaque et les faire cuire pendant 45 min au four.
