This recipe is a must-try for any seafood lover. The skate is cooked perfectly, and the pesto sauce is bursting with flavor. I served it with roasted potatoes and asparagus, and it was a perfect meal.

I'm not a big fan of fish, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The skate was mild and flaky, and the pesto sauce was delicious. I'll definitely be making this again.

This recipe was just okay. The skate was a bit bland, and the pesto sauce was too oily. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my skate turned out dry and overcooked. The pesto sauce was also bland. I'm not sure what went wrong.
