- In a large skillet, combine the first 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; add salmon and poach, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, 8-10 minutes., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the salsa ingredients. Remove salmon with a slotted spoon. Serve with salsa.
