I'm allergic to pistachios, so I substituted chopped almonds. The cookies were still delicious!

I would not recommend this recipe. The cookies were bland and crumbly.

These cookies were just okay. They were a bit too sweet for my taste and the pistachio flavor was a bit too subtle.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cookies turned out flat and dry. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what happened.

I substituted chopped walnuts for the pistachios and they were still delicious. I think this recipe is versatile enough to use any type of nut.

I love that these cookies don't use any butter. They're still rich and flavorful, but they're also a bit healthier.

These cookies are so easy to make, even my kids can help. They're also a great way to use up leftover egg whites.

I was skeptical about these cookies because I'm not a huge fan of pistachios, but they were surprisingly delicious! The pistachio flavor is subtle but it really complements the sweetness of the cookie.
