Just like the cake but in cupcake form. Just as good, yet smaller and healthier portions than a whole piece. Just be sure to eat it upside-down.

I'm not a fan of pineapple upside-down cake, but these cupcakes were surprisingly good. I'll definitely make them again.

These cupcakes were a flop. The pineapple topping was too runny and the cupcakes were dry.

These cupcakes were a bit dry, but the pineapple topping was delicious. I think I'll try adding a little more butter to the batter next time.

These cupcakes are so easy to make, and they always turn out perfectly. I love that I can use canned pineapple, so I don't have to worry about peeling and chopping fresh pineapple.
