I'm not a huge fan of pineapple, but I thought these cookies were delicious. The coconut and pineapple flavors are a perfect combination.

I would recommend this recipe to anyone who loves pineapple and coconut. They're a great way to use up leftover pineapple.

Overall, I thought these cookies were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either.

I followed the recipe exactly, but the cookies turned out dry and crumbly. I'm not sure what went wrong.

The cookies didn't spread out very much in the oven. I think I should have used a larger cookie sheet.

These cookies are a little too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the recipe next time.

I used fresh pineapple in this recipe. It gave the cookies a much more intense flavor than canned pineapple.

I baked the cookies for an extra two minutes. I like my cookies to be a little crispy on the edges.

I added a teaspoon of cinnamon to the dough. It gave the cookies a warm, autumnal flavor.

I'm not a huge fan of coconut, so I omitted it from the recipe. The cookies were still delicious!

These cookies are a great way to use up leftover pineapple. I always have a few cans of pineapple in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that uses them up.
