Steps:
- 1. Cream butter and sugar
- 2. Add eggs and beat well
- 3. Add pineapple and stir
- 4. Add lemon juice and nutmeg then fold in bread
- 5. Pour in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
