Pina Colada Cake image

This recipe was given to me by my mother! My family just loves pineapple and coconut and this cake is so moist and yummy and it is realy easy to make.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg yellow cake mix
2 can(s) (20 oz. ea.) crushed pineapple, well drained
2 box lemon instant pudding mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
4 c milk
1 container of cool whip
7 oz sweetened coconut

Steps:

  • 1. Bake cake according to directions on box, Cool and leave in a 9 x 13" pan. Spread on cake the 2 - 20 oz. cans of pineapple. Note: make sure the pineapple is well drained. Mix the 3 boxes of instant pudding with the 4 cups of milk. Spread the pudding on the cake over the pineapple. Spread the Cool Whip on next and then sprinkle coconut on top.
  • 2. Chill overnight before serving.
