⅔ cup crushed pineapple with juice
3 tablespoons rum
¾ cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 tablespoons margarine, softened
3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup flaked coconut, toasted
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¾ teaspoons active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by the manufacturer. Select sweet or quick bread baking cycle
