An old recipe that I tweaked quite a bit for more savory. Serve with a green salad or coleslaw. Spice amounts are for mild. Punch it up a bit if you like hot.

This picadillo was a bit too dry for my taste. I added some tomato sauce and it helped to moisten it up. Overall, it was a good recipe, but I would probably add more liquid next time.

This picadillo was a bit too spicy for my taste. I added some sour cream and it helped to tone down the heat. Overall, it was a good recipe, but I would probably reduce the amount of chili powder next time.

This recipe was a disaster! The picadillo was dry and tasteless. I followed the recipe exactly, but it just didn't turn out right. I won't be making this again.

This picadillo was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra cumin and chili powder, and it was much better. I also served it with sour cream and guacamole, which helped to add some flavor.

This picadillo was absolutely delicious! I used ground turkey instead of beef, and it turned out great. I also added a few chopped jalapenos for a little extra spice. Will definitely be making this again.
