Steps:
- Moisten rims of two glasses with lime juice and dip in Kosher salt. Mix tequila, Cointreau, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice and simple syrup in a blender or shaker. Place ice into blender or fill glasses with ice. Pour margarita mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish each glass with lime slice. Enjoy! VARIATION: I use .5 ounce more lime juice. NOTE: We use El Tesoro Platinum Tequila by De Don Felipe. One Jigger = 1.5 ounces. For convenience, I use a Simple Syrup by Stirrings that contains only cane sugar. You can find it at you local liquor store or at www.stirrings.com
