This recipe came from one of my fellow teachers, Connie S., who served this at her home in early 2010. Everyone raved over it. Connie shared the recipe and we were all amazed that it was (1) so easy to make and (2) it was made with Cream of Mushroom soup, which most of the folks there claimed to dislike. Surprise! =^..^=

Steps:
- 1. Cut pepperoni rounds into quarters, or just use the slices of mini pepperoni. Put into a microwave-safe dish.
- 2. Add the block of cream cheese...
- 3. ...and the can of soup.
- 4. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir the ingredients together. Continue microwaving and stirring at 1 minute intervals until the dip is bubbly.
- 5. Serve with Ritz or savory crackers, or any of your favorite dippers.
