PENUCHE DROP COOKIES (NO BAKE) image

This awesome recipe was one that I my Mom used to make for Christmas Bazarres years ago. She was known for your fabulous baked goods. People would order in advance so that they didn't have to bake at Christmas time.

I'm not a huge fan of no-bake cookies, but these were actually really good. The penuche filling was especially tasty.

These cookies were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't anything special either.

Meh.

These cookies were a disaster! The dough was too sticky to work with and the cookies spread out too much in the oven. I ended up with a big, flat mess.

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I'll try using less sugar next time.
