Pear, Pomegranate & Prosecco Cocktail image

Got this from a magazine. It is so summery! Light and refreshing, a must try!

1 1/2 c pear nectar
1/2 c pomegranate juice
2 c prosecco, chilled
pomegranate seeds
4 champagne flutes

Steps:

  • 1. In a large pitcher, mix together pear nectar, pomegranate juice and prosecco. Place pomegrante seeds evenly in the bottom of the 4 champagne flutes. Fill each glass with the cocktail and serve.
  • 2. Prosecco is a sparkling, dry, white Italian wine.
