My twist on French toast features a spiced pear and cheese filling. This dish is great for Sunday breakfast or brunch with the family and is elegant enough for company. -Emily Butler, Canton, Ohio

This French toast was delicious, but it was a bit too rich for me. I think I would have preferred it with less mascarpone in the filling.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my French toast didn't turn out very well. The bread was soggy and the filling was bland.
