Pear and Blue Cheese Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1/3 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
3 tablespoons Grated Onion
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon Celery seed
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
2 Anjou Pears peeled and diced
2 bags Euro Blend Salad
1/2 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/2 cup Toasted Almonds (Sunkist)
1 package Dried Cranberries or Craisins

Steps:

  • Whisk first 7 ingredients in small bowl
  • Mix next 5 ingredients in large salad bowl
  • Dress salad just prior to serving
