This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less honey in the dressing.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover pears. I also like to add a bit of arugula for a peppery flavor.

This salad was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The pears were sweet and juicy, the blue cheese was tangy and creamy, and the walnuts added a nice crunch. I especially liked the dressing, which was light and flavorful.
