Steps:
- 1.Preheat oven to 350°F. 2.In small bowl combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 3.Beat margarine and peanut butter until smooth. 4.Beat in sugars until blended. 5.Beat in eggs and vanilla. 6.Blend in flour mixture. 7.Drop dough by rounded tsp 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. 8.Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned. 9.Remove from cookie sheets. 10.Cool on wire rack. 11.Store in tightly covered container
