Pea Salad image

A great recipe for a summer vegetable salad. Everyone enjoys this and was always a hit at the church potlucks.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 bag(s) frozen small peas, thawed
3 green onions, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs, diced
3/4 c sharp cheddar cheese, cubed in small cubes
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dill
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Gently mix all ingredients and chill. Serve cold.
