My friend Pauline, who sends me great recipes on a regular basis sent this one that was served at her chuch breakfast. I entered it in a chili cook-off and it was a winner! Start it the night before, cook the eggs and hashbrowns the next morning and you're off to the breakfast or brunch. even an early tailgate party

Steps:
- 1. Brown and drain sausage. Cook bacon and dice. Place all ingredients except hashbrowns and eggs in crockpot and turn on low before going to bed.
- 2. In the morning, brown hashbrowns. cook scrambled eggs and then dice. Add these to the crockpot ingredients in the morning snd you're good to go. Great for a crowd.
