Pauline's Church Breakfast Chili image

My friend Pauline, who sends me great recipes on a regular basis sent this one that was served at her chuch breakfast. I entered it in a chili cook-off and it was a winner! Start it the night before, cook the eggs and hashbrowns the next morning and you're off to the breakfast or brunch. even an early tailgate party

This chili is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I always have a few cans of black beans and corn in my pantry, so this is a quick and easy meal to throw together.
