- Stir Tang into reserved pineapple juice. Add lemon pudding mix and stir well.
- Combine pineapple, mixed fruit, oranges, and cherries; add to pudding mixture, tossing well.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, slice and add bananas.
