3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 Tbs Dijon
6 chicken breast halves

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375F Mix crumbs and cheese in large plastic bag. Combine butter and mustard. Dip chicken in butter mixture. Shake in bag to coat. Bake uncovered 20-30 min, turning once
