Cooking Spray
1 head cauliflower (med)
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin Seed
1/2 tsp Chili Powder, or more to taste
1/2 tsp table salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 deg F. Coat baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Cut cauliflower floret into bite-sized pieces (should yield 4 cups). Place in bowl and add seasoni...ngs. Toss & coat well. Spread cauliflower on prepared baking sheet and bake until tender, but not mushy; stirring halfway through, about 10 minutes.
