Number Of Ingredients 5

1 qt buttermilk
4 large eggs
1/2 c sugar
2 c all-purpose flour
dash salt

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  • 2. Heat a skillet with a thin coat of oil.
  • 3. Once heated, pour about a 2-inch size circle of batter (pancakes are thin, almost crepe-like).
  • 4. After pancakes looked cooked along the edges, flip.
  • 5. Finish cooking on the other side. Add oil to skillet as needed.
  • 6. Continue until all batter is used. Enjoy with your favorite pancake topping.
  • 7. NOTE: After cooked, if you have leftovers, they freeze well. Just make sure to place a piece of wax paper between each pancake.
