Time 40m

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c milk (I use 2 percent)
4 eggs
1 c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c butter

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  • 2. Put all ingredents (EXCEPT the butter) into a blender. blend.
  • 3. When oven reaches 400, put the butter into a 9x13 pan and put into the oven for the butter to melt.
  • 4. When the butter is melted, pour the blended ingredients into the pan with the melted butter.
  • 5. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. (I like it crispy so I do 40 min). It will puff up while baking then fall when you take it from oven.
  • 6. I serve it with butter, syrup, fresh fruit and fresh whipping cream! Very easy and yummy. Enjoy!

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I had some old berries and apples, and they worked perfectly in this pancake.

This was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less sugar next time.
