Steps:
- For rice, fill 2 cups (480 ml) of water, with 1 tablespoon of oil, and a tablespoon of salt in a bowl. Then, add 1 cup (200 g) of rice to the water and cook.
- For paneer, add 150 grams of cubed paneer in a small bowl and season with red chili powder, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium and to that, add paneer and fry until golden brown. After stirring, remove the paneer and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, add another 2 tablespoons of oil and finely chopped garlic. Stir the garlic until it's light brown. Then, add all vegetables and saute.
- Add fried paneer with green chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar and mix well. Then, add cooked rice.
- Next, add sugar, alt, and black pepper powder to taste.
- Fry the rice mixture.
- Serve warm.
