This recipe is a great way to use up leftover tilapia. I like to add some chopped fresh herbs to the sauce.

I wasn't sure how I would like the combination of tilapia and white wine, but I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors go really well together.

This recipe has too many ingredients and takes too long to make. I prefer simpler recipes.

I followed the recipe exactly and the fish turned out dry and overcooked. I'm not sure what went wrong.
