These mushrooms were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had added some more spices.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and the mushrooms are always perfect. I usually serve them with a steak or chicken.

These mushrooms were delicious! I used a mix of wild mushrooms, and they all turned out great. The roasting process really brings out the flavor of the mushrooms.

I've been looking for a good roasted mushroom recipe, and this one is perfect! The mushrooms were tender and flavorful, and the garlic and thyme added just the right amount of flavor. I'll definitely be making this recipe again.

These mushrooms were a hit at my dinner party! Everyone loved the earthy flavor and the crispy texture. I served them as a side dish, but they would also be great as an appetizer or even a main course.
