I'm not a big fan of zucchini, but these sticks look so good I might have to give them a try.

I love that this recipe uses oven-frying instead of deep-frying. It's a much healthier way to enjoy zucchini sticks.

I followed the recipe exactly and the zucchini sticks came out perfect. They were crispy, flavorful, and disappeared quickly!

I've made these zucchini sticks several times and they always turn out great. They're a healthier alternative to traditional fried zucchini and they're just as delicious.

These zucchini sticks were a hit at my party! They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I used a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese for the coating which gave them a nice golden brown color.
