OVEN-FRIED POTATO WEDGES image

2 tablespoons paprika
1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 russet potatoes, well scrubbed
6 tablespoons malt vinegar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Coat 2 large baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray. Mix first four ingredients in large bowl. Cut potatoes lengthwise 1/2-3/4 inches thick. Toss the wedges in the spices then arrange in single layers on baking pans. Bake for 15 minutes then turn potatoes over. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with malt vinegar.
