OVEN DENVER OMELET image

This was very easy to make and my family request me to make it often because they enjoy it so much!

Number Of Ingredients 6

8 eggs
1/2 c. half and half cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked ham, finely chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, beat eggs and cream until light and fluffy.
  • 2. Stir in chesse, ham, green pepper and onion.
  • 3. Pour into a greased 9-inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees.
