OVEN BAKED SALSA CHICKEN
This is really simple with only 5 ingredients but tastes great. I usually use breast fillets & just pour the whole jar of salsa over them with the other ingredients then add a little cheese sprinkled over towards the end of baking. Mmmm Mmmm! Recipe from Masterfoods.

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 180.C.
- Combine chicken with all ingredients except lemon wedges in a baking dish.
- Cook for 35-40 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
