Our Family's Favorite Meatloaf image

A family favorite and most requested for Sunday Dinners. The combination of beef, veal and pork make for a very tasty meal. The seasonings will leave you asking for more helpings of this. Number Of Ingredients 15

1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground veal
1/2 lb ground pork
2 c fresh bread crumbs, cubed
1 c milk
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 c minced onion
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 Tbsp ketchup

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350. Spray 9x5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
  • 2. In large bowl, combine beef, veal, pork and bread cubes; mix well. In another large bowl, combine milk, egg and Worcestershire sauce; mix well. Pour milk mixture into beef mixture; mix well.
  • 3. In small bowl, combine onion, salt, pepper, mustard, sage, celery salt and garlic salt; mix well. Stir into meat mixture.
  • 4. Form mixture into loaf pan; drizzle with ketchup. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees.
