OU Corn Casserole image

A delicious corn bread casserole that was a college favorite because it's simple, inexpensive and tastes like good home cooking!

Number Of Ingredients 4

½ cup margarine, melted
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (14.75 ounce) can creamed corn
1 (8.5 ounce) package dry corn bread mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl combine melted margarine, corn, creamed corn and corn bread mix. Transfer to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until center is set and top is light golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
