Orzo & Spicy Italian Veggie Sausage Medley image

This is a quick, easy, one-pot meal in which I used Yves Spicy Italian Veggie Sausages. I'm sure you could sub ordinary Italian sausage if you wanted.

I thought this dish was just okay. The orzo was a little bland and the vegetables were a bit overcooked. I would probably try a different recipe next time.

This was a delicious dish! I used a mild Italian sausage and it was still flavorful. I also added some chopped zucchini and it turned out great. I will definitely be making this again.

This was a disappointment. The orzo was mushy and the vegetables were bland. I would not recommend this recipe.

I love this recipe! It's so easy to make and it's always a crowd-pleaser. I usually use a spicy Italian sausage, but I've also tried it with a mild sausage and it's still delicious. I also like to add some chopped spinach or kale for extra nutrition.
