Steps:
- 1. Put jello, pudding, orange juice and water in a large saucepan. Stir to combine, and bring to a boil on medium heat. Remove from heat. Cool.
- 2. Gently stir in mandarin oranges.
- 3. Fold in whipped topping.
- 4. Chill thoroughly.
